You must be happy with our products or we will replace or refund the purchase price, whichever you think is fair.  If a product comes to you damaged, we will be happy to replace the products. 

Limitation of Remedy

The liability of Carter Farms for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seed, shall be limited to replacement of the item, or the return of the purchase price. As is customary in the seed trade, in no case shall Carter Farms be liable for more than the purchase price of the seed. By ordering our seeds, the purchaser acknowledges this limited warranty.
